*Make your checks payable to: YAMATO HS REUNION COMMITTEE and mail it to Nancy Houston-Padgett, 2102 Maple Leaf Drive E, Jacksonville, FL 32211

*Credit Card: make payment at PayPal.com and select Send Payment at top of the screen to send payment to [email protected]comcast.net or send an email to Nancy at [email protected] for an online invoice, (you do not need a PayPal account for this service.)

*Additional Information:

*Hospitality Suite: The hospitality suite will be in room G-105, same as ’09. Hours are as follows: Friday: 9:30a-3:00P. Saturday: 10:00a-2:30P. (The ladies will need time to get themselves all purtied up. Access to the room is through the patio entrance only, unless you booked a room in the building. (Each building has it’s own pass key.) Please do not knock on the door earlier than that. Chances are copious amounts of alcohol consumption took place the previous night and I can’t be held responsible for my actions if awakened too early.

*Dancing Dan Iki, our web sempai, will host another challenging dance class on Saturday afternoon in the banquet room where the Dinner/Dance will be held. Time will be announced on the Yamato website at a later date.

*By the way, have you paid your 2010 & 2011 Yamato Website Dues? If not, please see the link on the main page of the website (www.yamatohs.com) and pay Dan the Man now. (or he will gladly take your money, I mean, accept your donations in Vegas.)

*Volunteers are needed and welcome for the following:

*Registration table @ the Hospitality Suite on Friday & Saturday to meet, greet and register attendees. (including Friday afternoon during the bowling venue.)

*Decorating for the Saturday Dinner/Dance

If you are available for any of the above please send an email to Nancy, Libby, or Wally.

Courtesy Reminder:

Please do not plan to just show up at the door having not paid. The hotel requires full payment and a guaranteed headcount 31 days prior to these events. There will be no time to adjust for additional food for any walk-ins! Please avoid the risk of not being able to join in the fun, as you may not be admitted if it means your fellow Warriors will be inconvenienced for your lack of planning. That would really, really suck. Remember, we’re all here for the same reason…to reconnect and have a rip roaring good time.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
