In second and third grade when we would write, we would be given a piece of paper which usually had a cool boarder around it, the top half of the paper would be an empty box for illustrations, and the bottom half would have lines for us to write on. I remember this made my writing more fun and enjoyable. I loved to draw when I was younger so being able to draw and bring my story to life was really enjoyable and something that I looked forward too. We also were able to color the boarder in which made our literacy work look appealing and enjoyable.
