Hi Alison, this isn't really a question, its a thank you, and also some support for the problem your dad had with uploading his tricycle pic. If you look at your Dad's post, the text is ok, but the picture attachment (which I think he sent in by email) ended up adding a whole bunch of weird characters. I think what you need to do to correct that is have your Dad log in, edit that post, delete the characters, and then upload the photo directly from the edit post screen.
